Converse High Tops
There are times when fashion astounds me. I think back to the vivid colors of the eighties and the matching puffy socks and I cringe, but those are what everyone was wearing then. They seemed okay in those days, but they soon went out of style. One thing that seems to come and go, but never really goes away are the Converse high tops type of sneakers. I can’t say that I like them, but my husband must have them for when he plays out with his band. If you are considering these, there are some things that you must know.
My husband told me that people go out and buy a new pair of Converse high tops and then tie them to their bumper. It’s not a wedding gag, and it’s not a statement about the worth of the shoes, but rather, a way to beat them up.
