Know Your Credit Card Rewards
There are several credit card rewards to choose from and one can easily get confused about which ones to choose. Firstly it is important to understand that a reward card is best for those who pay off the bills on the monthly basis; otherwise the interest that is charged on the outstanding will offset the rewards earned on the card. The rewards being offered by the card company need to be analyzed first before signing up.
Some of the credit card rewards include cash rebates, frequent flyer reward points, rebates on automobiles, groceries, movie tickets, video rentals, home appliances, theme parks and just about anything else you can think of.
Some cards like the American Express card give rewards such as Exclusive Access to Tickets for Select Concerts, Shows, Major Sporting Events etc.
If you are not sure of how to use the credit card rewards, you can save your points till the end of the year and redeem the points for gifts or for some trip or just take a cash back in the form of a cheque. But do remember to pay off your credit card bill at the end of the month to make your rewards more fruitful.
