The muscle loss results from the lack of physical activity providing some type of resistance. Like moving giant boulders or lifting a volkswagon off the ground. Only kidding!

Aerobic activities promote cardiovascular fitness, but they don’t do anything to maintain your muscle mass. In other words, walking and jogging are great for your heart and lungs, but they break down muscle tissue. And even worse, the loss of muscle mass lowers your metabolism.

Cellulite looks dimpled because women have a layer of connective tissue resembling a honeycomb in pattern or structure just under the skin separating fat cells into compartments.
